By downloading or using the Live Crypto Alerts mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Subscription Terms
The Service offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Billing
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and may change with notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass or manipulate alert limits or subscription checks, distribute automated alerts outside the intended notification channels, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. Violation may result in termination of access.

The Service provides technical analysis indicators and alerting tools for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. We make no guarantees about accuracy, timeliness, or profitability of any trading decisions made using our alerts. Trading cryptocurrencies carries significant financial risk.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
